  • 1 organic lemon
  • 2 liters of purified water it’s recommended to have an osmosis filter
  • 1 big glass jar plastic jar has chemicals and impurities that are acidic to the human body

  1. First, you need to pour the water in the glass jar. Then, cut the lemon I slices and add it inside the water. At last, add the Himalayan salt. Now, close the glass jar and leave it on room temperature for 12 – 24 hours.
