DIY Sore Feet Relief


  • 1 towel
  • 1 plastic water bottle


  1. Fill ( or empty) plastic water bottle 3/4 full with water
  2. Freeze the water bottle
  3. Lay a towel on your floor
  4. Place the frozen water bottle on the towel
  5. After a workout or long day roll each foot across the bottle
  6. **This will reduce inflammation in your feet and feel SO good!
