Lemon Dill Slow Cooker Carrots


  • 2 pounds carrots , peeled and cut into 1/2- to 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tbsps water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tsps McCormick® Dill Weed
  • 2 tsps McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar


  1. Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Add carrots, water and salt; toss to coat. Cover.
  2. Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Stir into cooked carrots in slow cooker just before serving.
