Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 8 ears fresh corn , husks and silk strands removed
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix and lime juice in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Prepare as directed using McCormick® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice (Mayonesa) in place of the mayonnaise and fresh lime juice.
  3. Brush corn lightly with oil. Sprinkle remaining Seasoning Mix evenly over corn.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until corn is tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
  5. Spread mayonnaise mixture over corn. Serve immediately.
