Thyme Sautéed Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 Green onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 ears fresh corn cut the corn off the cob
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large, deep sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter has melted add chopped green onions.
  3. Sautee for a few minutes.
  4. Add thyme and corn.
  5. Sautee over med heat for 20 minutes.
